Important Service Conditions

• We take utmost care during stringing. However, in rare cases, older or structurally weak rackets may break during the process. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or compensation in such cases.
• Normal service time is 4 hours, but during busy periods (especially weekends or tournaments) it may take longer. We will keep you updated in real time.
• Prices are fixed and include labour cost of ₹100 per racket, plus string cost. Express service is ₹20 extra per racket.
• Online payments get ₹10 off per order. Offer not applicable with other discounts.
• Customers are advised to double-check tension and string selection before confirming, as changes after stringing has begun may incur extra charges.
• Please collect your racket within 7 days after completion to avoid storage charges.
• Pickup & Drop is available via a trusted third-party porter service. Porter charges are borne by the customer.
• While we coordinate for smooth and careful handling, DA SPORTZ isn't responsible for handling during transit or any accidental damage that may occur while your racket(s)/product is with the porter.
